Thanksgiving 2019
We got very lucky with the weather this year. It was cold and rainy in Central Texas, but it was just a little cool in East Texas with only an occasional light mist.

Dad bought the land in November 1978 - almost exactly 41 years ago as of this Thanksgiving. But we didn't celebrate Thanksgiving out there that first year. So this marks the 40th anniversary of our first Thanksgiving at Brushy Land.
