Jeff & I got a wild hair and met at Lake Fork late on a Wednesday night for some night fishing. And we both drove
home after we were done fishing at 2am. Getting up for work on Thursday morning was a bit tough, but it was worth it.
It was pouring rain in both Tyler and Dallas that evening as we left our respective homes to head to the lake, but
the weather cleared not long after we rendezvoused at the lake. This trip was very similar to the outing I
had taken just a few nights before with David Hood. Both trips had a beautiful moon, cool temperatures and light
winds. And during both trips, the bass would barely strike the lures. And not many bass were caught but the ones
we did manage to get to the boat were very nice. I caught a 7.4 pounder this trip (top picture) and I caught a 7.5
pounder a few days earlier. In the bottom picture Jeff is holding a really nice 4.5 pounder. Good times.
